Liverpool manager Klopp has stressed the importance of the occasion for both teams, and hopes his side can meet the challenge of the “hard fight” he expects at Anfield. 

"Now everyone knows how strong Tottenham are and it's an important game for both sides,” Klopp said. “Liverpool v Tottenham is never a birthday party. It will be a hard fight.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is targeting eight straight victories to close out the season, which he believes will give his side "more than a chance" of winning the Barclays Premier League title.

The Gunners, who have managed two wins in their last nine matches in all competitions, are 11 points behind leaders Leicester City, with a match in hand, but Wenger is refusing to give up without a fight.

"If we win all the eight games, we have more than a chance to win the league, but our target is to win the games," he said in his press conference. "Let's start to be pragmatic, and win the next one which is TODAY.

LIVE STREAM : Norwich v Newcastle

Rafael Benitez admits time is of the essence when it comes to securing Newcastle United's Barclays Premier League status as they prepare to face Norwich City on Saturday.

The Newcastle manager has overseen a defeat to Leicester City and a 1-1 Tyne-Wear derby draw with Sunderland in his two matches since replacing Steve McClaren at St James’ Park this month.

Newcastle are three points adrift of Norwich in 19th place and, though they have played a match less.

LIVE STREAM : West Ham v Crystal Palace

Slaven Bilic has warned West Ham United that Crystal Palace's poor Barclays Premier League form in 2016 counts for nothing in Saturday's meeting at the Boleyn Ground.

Palace last won a league encounter on 19 December, beating Stoke City 2-1, and have since gone 13 games without victory.

They have progressed to the semi-finals of the FA Cup, and Bilic is adamant that his team, who are a point outside the top four and unbeaten in their last eight matches in all competitions, cannot afford to take their opponents lightly.

Manuel Pellegrini has admitted it is difficult to accept that his Manchester City side are battling for fourth place and insists his side will not give up on their title prospects, even if they are 15 points off the pace, and just a point ahead of fifth-paced West Ham United.
"We're disappointed because one month ago we were involved in all the competitions, just three points behind the leaders," Pellegrini, whose side lost the Manchester derby last time out, told journalists. "We have to play another eight games - it's not in this moment a bad season; we won a title, we're still in the Champions League."

The Man City manager knows that AFC Bournemouth will present a stiff test on Saturday, having won three of their last four matches, but City need to avoid being caught by the like of Manchester United, who are also just a point back.

Francesco Guidolin insists that Swansea City’s safety in the Barclays Premier League is not yet guaranteed, despite being 10 points clear of relegation zone ahead of Saturday's trip to Stoke City.

The 60-year-old has led Swansea to three wins over the last four matches, including a 1-0 win over Aston Villa last time out, and third-bottom Sunderland are 10 points adrift with a match in hand on the Welsh club.

“The season is not finished,” said Guidolin. “It’s important for us to prepare and play well in every game.

“Four points could be enough (for survival), but Sunderland, Newcastle and Crystal Palace have a game in hand. So there is a lot to play for in the remaining games.”

"I think Stoke are a good team,” he added.
